PCOS: Learning as I Go

In my first post, I shared a bit about my PCOS diagnosis and how overwhelming it felt to suddenly have so many questions. One of the ways I’ve been navigating that uncertainty is by listening — mostly to podcasts playing in the background while I’m cooking dinner or cleaning up around the house.
One person I keep coming back to is Grace Beverley.
I actually found Grace years ago on YouTube, back when I was “working out seriously” (quotation marks very much intended — it was college, so let’s be honest, it wasn’t that serious). Her fitness content felt practical and realistic then, and over time her work has evolved into conversations about health, hormones, and long-term wellbeing — which feels especially relevant now.

Grace has been open about being diagnosed with PCOS at a young age, and she shares both her personal experience and conversations with medical professionals about managing symptoms. What I appreciate most is her transparency: she’s clear that PCOS looks different for everyone, and that what works for her isn’t a prescription for anyone else.
If you’re looking for a place to start, these are a few PCOS-related episodes and posts I’ve found helpful:

My journey this year with PCOS, inflammation & weight loss
The Ultimate Guide to PCOS: Reversing Your Symptoms, Diet Changes & Medication (with Dr. Hazel Wallace)
This series isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about learning in real time and sharing the resources that are helping me feel a little more grounded along the way. Grace is one of those voices for me right now, usually playing in the background while I chop vegetables or wipe down the counter.
More to come!
